Grilled Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

🍴 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 package thinly sliced prosciutto
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

🔥 Instructions

Prep the Asparagus:
Wash and trim the woody ends from the asparagus spears. Pat dry thoroughly.

Wrap with Prosciutto:
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, starting from the base and spiraling to the tip. If the prosciutto slices are wide, cut them in half lengthwise before wrapping.
