A nutty twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Pistachio Tiramisu layers creamy mascarpone-pistachio filling with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a touch of white chocolate. It’s elegant, indulgent, and perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself!


Pistachio Lovers’ Dream Tiramisu

🍽️ Ingredients (Servings: 8–10)

For the Pistachio Cream:

  • 1 cup pistachio paste (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Layers:

  • 1½ cups espresso or strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 24–30 ladyfinger biscuits (Savoiardi)
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate, finely grated or shaved
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Pistachio Mascarpone Cream:
🥣 In a large mixing bowl, combine pistachio paste, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio-mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Coffee Dip:
☕ In a shallow dish, mix cooled espresso with the coffee liqueur if using. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, just 1–2 seconds per side—don’t let them get soggy!

3️⃣ Assemble the Tiramisu:
🍽️ In a 9×9-inch dish or similar, create a layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers. Spread half of the pistachio mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers and smooth with a spatula. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pistachio cream.

4️⃣ Chill and Set:
🕒 Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best texture and flavor.

5️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
🍫 Before serving, sprinkle the top with crushed pistachios and white chocolate shavings. Optional: dust lightly with cocoa powder for a hint of bitterness.
