Baked Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients (Servings: 4)
  • 1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat and prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange shrimp in a single layer.

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
