Ingredients (Servings: 4)
  • 4 large bell peppers (any color, or a mix)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the peppers:
Wash the bell peppers, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membranes. Cut into thick strips.

2️⃣ Season:
Place the pepper strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano if using. Toss to coat evenly.

3️⃣ Roast:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roast peppers for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until softened and edges are slightly charred.

4️⃣ Cool and serve:
