🍽 Ingredients (Servings: 4)
  • 2 cups cooked and cooled white rice (preferably day-old)
  • 1 cup cooked pork (chopped or shredded; roasted, grilled, or leftover)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2–3 green onions, sliced
  • 2–3 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Scramble the Eggs:
🥚 In a large wok or skillet, heat ½ tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
