  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup black or Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cubed provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup cubed mozzarella or bocconcini balls
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
