  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for extra depth)

Mix and Form Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.

Bake or Pan-Fry:
Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through. Alternatively, pan-fry them in batches until browned on all sides.

Make the Sauce:
In a large skillet or saucepan, combine the chili sauce and grape jelly over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth and begins to simmer.

Simmer Together:
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and gently stir to coat. Simmer for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Serve and Enjoy:
Serve warm with toothpicks at your next party or as a fun weeknight dinner over rice or mashed potatoes.
